Deleted user list by accident….Want it back, How to?

I was screwing around in my simple forum and hit the delete spam users and it deleted all my users and their emails, I need them back and don’t know how to retrieve them. I have a backup just prior to my screw up but I don’t know where to find it or how to get to them in the back up file. Can anyone help me?
