    Hi there, we use this plugin to manage all users on this site. We’ve had a user with “Subscriber” access advising that her email address is not recognized when trying to login. Has there been any reports of user accounts being deleted/disappearing all of the sudden (without anyone deliberately removing the user account)? If so, do you know the cause and solution. Thanks you.

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? This is the only topic we got regarding this issue. Did you allow users to delete their account via the Account page?

    Thanks @champsupertramp. We’re using version 2.2.0 on the site (which is the current updated version I believe). Yes, that’s a good point. Users do have the option to delete their own account, so that may be the case.
