Deleted Upload Still Appearing

This page shows, on the right, separately-created previews of what is available for purchase/download on this site.
This is concerning the ninth video down, “Mixolydian Major Triads”: What you’re seeing is a splash image that has been permanently deleted (and replaced with a new one, which you do not see). When you click on the video, an older, also permanently-deleted version flashes briefly on the screen, followed by the new, correct video. The WordPress cache has been flushed.
I tried completely deleting all information and media related to this video, in the Library, in the Downloads (even in Stripe!), and starting from scratch – the older, should-be-long-gone versions are still appearing.
