Deleted Upload Still Appearing

    This page shows, on the right, separately-created previews of what is available for purchase/download on this site.
    This is concerning the ninth video down, “Mixolydian Major Triads”: What you’re seeing is a splash image that has been permanently deleted (and replaced with a new one, which you do not see). When you click on the video, an older, also permanently-deleted version flashes briefly on the screen, followed by the new, correct video. The WordPress cache has been flushed.
    I tried completely deleting all information and media related to this video, in the Library, in the Downloads (even in Stripe!), and starting from scratch –?the older, should-be-long-gone versions are still appearing.

    Hi,

    This is the “Two Factor Authentication” plugin forum…. nobody comes by here except the plugin authors to answer users’ questions about that plugin. You’ll want to post in a more suitable forum.

    I was unable to find anywhere “corrrect” to post (lots of info about how supportive the forum is, choose your category here etc, but where does one actually post the question?). Googling got me to here, so I went for it – please send me the link for posting in the Troubleshooting forum. Thank you in advance.
