Deleted Tweet Still Showing in Feed

Hi – I am using the pro version and have deleted an unwanted tweet from the associated #hashtag. But – even after clearing the cache, using a private browser and even using a proxy browser, the tweet is still showing up in the feed. The media (a video) even plays. Anyone have a solution to clear the deleted tweet?
