Deleted Slide-In but it keeps appearing

    I just removed the slide-in option but it keeps appearing anyway. I have cleared my cache in the browser, but it keeps appearing. How can this be corrected?? Thanks!

    I hope you’re well today!

    I just visited the page that you linked to and no slide-in shows up for me there. I also see no trace of Hustle scripts in page source code.

    Did you manage to sort that out by yourself?

    In general, issues like this one are usually related to cache in some way. I would mostly suspect either some “aggressively caching” plugin on site or a server-side cache. if the Hustle plugin was kept enabled and the removed slide-in kept showing up, it could have been e.g. object caching on server as it stores DB query results and Hustle keeps its configuration information in the database.

    That said, I’d suggest clearing also cache on site if there’s any caching plugin installed but more importantly – checking server to see if there is any cache active and if it could be purged.

    Hi Adam – thanks a lot for the quick response! I accessed the site today and I didn’t get the slide-in either. I’m pretty sure it was an issue with the caching. Thanks again for the quick response and the information!
