• I really want to leave a great review, I do. Everything so perfect at first…until 90% of my shifts started randomly deleting. They were just missing out of the database. I thought maybe there was interference with a plugin…after deleting all plugins I still have the same issue.

    The developer literally said “that’s weird” about my issue and “I’m not sure what’s wrong” while I begged for support and offered to pay him extra for his time to look into it. I was instead offered a refund. I don’t want a refund…I want what I paid for to work! I spent too much time integrating this, adding staff, etc. to then just uninstall it and search for another one.

    It’s unfortunate, as I really wanted to like this plugin, and if it worked reliably I would be leaving it a 5-star review. I guess I’ll be hiring an outside developer to help me ascertain the problem.

    Don’t think that upgrading to PRO will get you support…it won’t. It will get you a reply (usually a couple of days late) saying they can’t help.

    UPDATE 12/22/14: I had to hire a developer with my own money to figure out the problem and do a short term fix for me, but once I sent the plugin creator what was wrong with their software, they pushed out an update for the plugin for everyone else within a few hours and apologized. Upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars. Lost 2 stars for not being able to diagnose their own issues and lack of responsiveness, and the fact that I’m out $150 of my own money to hire my own developer.
