    Hi,

    deleted products still show up in Facebook catalog. I re-connected the plugin yet it didn’t help. I found a code snippet on how to force-delete and resync all products, but I’m not where and how to use it. Could you please help?

    Running latest version of WP with WC 4.6.2

    Also, product category values don’t sync properly to Facebook. I tried to create sets based on wc product category values, but some categories don’t appear in FB. Basically the sync doesn’t seem to be working properly or at all.

    Same here. Product drafts and products with status “Do not sync” are showing on Facebook.

    In my case it’s products that have long been deleted from WC that still appear in FB catalog. How do I force a re-sync with the snippet above?

    You can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add the snippet to your site.

    hi @drwpcom, running the script didn’t solve the issue. Why are products that are not in WC anymore still appearing in FB? Even though I resync’ed, ran the snippet, re-connected etc.

    Hi @italpasta, the product should have been deleted from Facebook when the product was deleted from within WooCommerce. This would not have happened if the sync was disabled.

    Since the product has already been deleted in WooCommerce, you may still need to remove the product manually for it to no longer be in your catalog. The developers are working on improving this flow, so thank you for letting us know that this is happening for you.

    Would you please let me know if manually deleting the product from Facebook works for you?
