    I have 3 questions.

    Description:
    Some products that have been sold and no longer exist in Square are still showing under the cross-sells section under the “You may also like section”. When the user clicks on the item, a 404 page is displayed because of course the product doesn’t exist anymore. And yet, running a broken link check doesn’t find these orphaned products.

    1. How can I prevent this from happening going forward?

    2. How can I find any others if link checks fail?

    3. Lastly, is there a way to actually prevent certain products from synching? (Separate and unrelated question)

    Let’s look at each question here separately.

    1. How can I prevent this from happening going forward?

    2. How can I find any others if link checks fail?

    It is possible the products are still stored in your WooCommerce cache. Please try navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clearing the following fields:

    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Delete Orphans
    – Clear template cache

    Let us know how that goes.

    Lastly, is there a way to actually prevent certain products from synching? (Separate and unrelated question)

    It is possible to exclude WooCommerce products from syncing with Square.

    You can do this from the product’s Product Data table, by keeping the below option unticked:
