    Hi there!
    Recently Instagram Shop blocked us the shop because there was products that leads to 404 pages. The problem is that all deleted products are not sync in the Facebook/Instagram feed. We had to delete them manually now in order to recover the shop.

    Are you getting trouble with the sync process? Because this is happening over some month ago.

    Please if you can tell us some advice for this, will be helpful.

    Hi @numana,

    Are you getting trouble with the sync process? Because this is happening over some month ago.

    We don’t have sync problem at the moment. The product should have been deleted from Facebook when they were deleted from within WooCommerce. This would not have happened if the sync was disabled.

    Since the product has already been deleted in WooCommerce, you may still need to remove the product manually for it to no longer be in your catalog.

    If you are not running the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, I recommend updating it to the latest version.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Hi. I’m having the same trouble. All the deleted items on woocommerce still appear on the facebook shop wich is annoying. Is there something we have to do so that the synchro automaticaly deletes the canceled products ? Same for the products that switch to drafts. thanks
