I understand that deleted products are still appearing on your Facebook shop, correct?
As a first step, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin by going to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
If yes, please try to Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog by enabling Debug mode by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in wp-admin? Marketing > Facebook?and stay on the Connection tab, then scroll to the bottom to the?Debug?section.
Once all products are deleted, please try to run a product sync again and see if this resolves the issue.
Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
