Deleted posts still showing

I deleted and marked as spam and then permanently deleted this one review but it still shows here. When a customer writes a review it automatically shows here even before I approve it and there is no way for me to remove it.

The first review is still visible even though I marked it as spam and then permanently deleted it. Why is there no way in your plugin to control reviews people write ?

I have deactivated, uninstalled reinstalled even hired a developer to look into the matter to no avail.
