You are probably using the caching and optimisation plugin. See if you have a “clear cache” button or similar somewhere.

If you are unsure, post the list of plugins you use here. Then you could be told whether and which of them is a caching plugin and what could be responsible for this.

i have cleared my cache from my WordPress plugin. Also cleared from cloudflare. But nothing worked.
