    Sorry about your posts. In the worst case scenario, contact your webhost and ask if they have a recent backup of your database. If so, restore the database. Make sure you back it up in its present state before you restore an older version.

    And, in the future, if you are cleaning out your database tables, make a database backup before you do that.

    If you don’t already use it, install the wp-db-backup plugin which lets you easily back up the db from within the WP admin

    Well my posts are all still there – I can go into edit mode and all the text is there – its just not displaying. It’s weird and I can’t find any help on this issue.

    For debugging purposes, switch to the default theme and see if that makes any difference. If it works there, switch back to your regular theme and see if that resolves the problem.

    Yeah, I did that after posting here. I found that it worked in a few themes and not others. In the end, I exported the DB and reinstalled WP. Luckily, my host does routine backups, so I was able to get the /uploads folder so all my images could be put back up.
