Deleted Plugin, Error Message in Comments Field

I was using the Easy Comment Upload plugin on my site, but had to remove it because of security concerns. When it was disabled every comment on my site was replaced with the following code:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘ecu_insert_links’ was given in /home/spice25/public_html/ultimatepapermache.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 170

Since this plugin is no longer supported, I’m not sure how to get help fixing this problem – and the comment section is the most popular feature on my site. What do I do to fix this?
