Deleted plugin and then reinstalled – all urls were regenerated

I deleted the plugin today and then reinstalled it. All of my short urls were regenerated. This means that all the short urls I have shared on Twitter and Facebook to my site https://www.nintendofuse.com no longer work. Is there anything I can do to fix this at all, without having to manually go back and update all my old facebook and twitter posts?
