Deleted Plugin and Issues persist.

I installed and activated W3 Total Cache and it caused issues with a few parallax effects on my site and caused pages I have restricted with Paid Memberships Pro to show content to non-members/logged-out members.
I deactivated and deleted the plugin and the issues persist.
How do I fix this?
