deleted pages still have link in navbar

I have searched but not yet found a resolution for this.

In working in this site I have added and deleted some pages, which was fine for a while, but now there is an empty link with no text, for pages that no longer exist. I have cleared the cache, viewed in another browser but they are still there.

Could someone point me in the right direction to help clear this up please?
