Yes I have tried to clear the analytics cache, then I deleted and re-imported the historical data. It did not fix the issue. I also tried installing and running WP Optimize, with no results.

Also, did you clear the transients cache in WooCommerce > Status > Tools? If you did not, perform the following task:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
• Clear customer sessions -Clear
• Product lookup tables – Regenerate
• Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Additionally, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and manually run all WooCommerce analytics-related actions.

When searching the database via phpMyAdmin, I can see that some order data?is?still present in the database, even though these orders?have been?deleted. However, I don’t have the knowledge to manipulate the database directly (I’m not a developer), and I don’t feel confident enough to delete stuff and?potentially?mess?things up further?with the database.

I tried all the extra steps that you suggested, but they still had no effect. To speed up things, I would gladly grant a Woo developer access to my staging environment if you’d like to take a closer look.

Well, if I were the only user reporting this issue, I would understand your response. But as I mentioned earlier, there is another recent thread that?reports the exact same issue. This looks like an issue within WooCommerce to me.?So, your solution is to advise me to go on and tweak the database myself or to hire a developer?

I understand how you feel, but please keep in mind that the thread you mentioned is from 8 months ago. I’m afraid this isn’t a widespread issue; those seem to be fringe cases.

You can try the solution provided by that user, too. Just make sure to:

1. Use the right preffix, on your site the tables prefix is the default wp_
2. First, take a full backup of your site to safeguard it and your data. You can ask your host for backup functionality or consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
3. Additionally, you can consider staging functionality if you would not like to touch your production site until you feel safe to do so. You can ask your host if they offer this service or use WP Staging to spin up a new test site quickly.
