Deleted Old Posts

I have several RSS News Feeds coming into my blog. I would like to keep the news feeds on my blog for around 90 days. How can I delete posts over 90 days? I realize I can delete one by one but I am looking to delete the older news posts in mass. I have over 20,000 posts to delete.
