  • What exactly did you delete?

    Who do you host with?

Once we know that we can direct you to the back end of your site (not the wp-admin panel) where you should be able to post and save your header file.

oh ye sorry also it was the main header file for the theme im using anthology

Download a new copy of the theme, unpack it and extract the header.php file. Then upload this to wp-content/themes/anthology

ye i did all that when the problem occurred, and ive just tried again but still the same it just wont put in the new head.php in and replace the file that is there. ive also pasted in the code to the file that’s there and still no luck.

    Really confused

Re-upload a fresh copy of the theme using FTP.

Yes, change theme and delete anthology, check the back end and delete it there.

    Then reload a fresh copy.

Try once more to resave the header file while anthology is disabled before deleting it.
