Deleted my 'categories' somehow & now I can't add a new post

  • Hi there, I can sign into my Dashboard no problem, but all of ‘Categories’ seem to have disappeared – even though when I try to red-add them (eg ‘Film’) this message comes up “A term with the name provided already exists with this parent”

    I can’t add a new post either

    It comes up with this message when I press “Add New” it comes up with a 500 Internal Server error

    Could I reuplaod settings from my FTP?
