Deleted Jobs URL still active – displays themes blog page

    WP Install 4.2.2
    Job Manager Installed Version 0.7.23
    Website URL venners.biz

    Hi,

    I just ran a google search to see if my careers page has been indexed yet and came across a strange Job Manager URL.

    The URL is https://venners.biz/careers/licensed-trade-stocktaker/

    This was the first job I ever posted using Job Manager. I then edited that job post, changing the title to include the job location. That URL has correctly updated in line with the new title.

    However the original URL should no longer be active. To make matters worse, it’s somehow displaying the blog feed default page from the theme.

    How do I delete the original URL for good?

    It could be as easy as resetting your permalink and flushing your cache on your site. Depending on who your ISP is, that could also be a remnant from their cache.

    I would suggest deactivating JM. Flush cache, reset permalink, then reactivate
    JM. If necessary rest permalink again and that should go away.

    If that doesn’t correct the issue and you recently changed themes, you might have a Theme or Plugin conflict.
