Deleted index.php, uploaded again but my blog is gone!

So I accidentaly deleted the index.php file which was placed in my public folder. I uploaded it again but my blog which is supposed to be located at https://www.whirlwind.nu still isn’t showing! The rest of my site which is coded separately from WP is still there. So what’s this? I’ve cleared the cache and all but still nothing.
