• I am a newbie but thanks to the way WordPress made things, I was making the website for my company.
I went in the plugin page and I deleted all the plugins not active (they were 4). After this operation, site is like crashed. When you go on its url, loader never go away and site does not appear (as you can see https://www.steam-srl.com/). When I went on the edit of the front page I noticed a strange thing, I attach an image.

When site worked, the various boxes arrived till the end of the space, as the black rectangulars I have painted. Now it’s like the formatting of all has gone away. The same thing is not only for the front page but for other pages too.
I tried to change the theme but this has not solved the problem. The actual theme I use for my website is this one: https://themegrill.com/themes/flash/
I have re-installed wordpress too but nothing change at all. I’ve tried to backup the pages but no changes. In the editor page all the content is present and ok. So I really do not how to fix it. I do not remember the 4 plugin I have deleted but they were inactive FOR SURE, so I do not really know ??

Your homepage says the content is password protected and there’s nothing to show. First fix that and see if it fixes the loading issue.

Sorry, protection now removed. Btw when I clicked on EDIT to remove the protection, nothing happened :\ I remove it thanks to the quick edit you can do on the list of pages.

Okay your website is working now, it’s just the preloader that is broken. Try deactivating your ‘live-composer-page-builder’ plugin to explore whether it’s an issue with this plugin.

I have deactivate that plugin but site still does not work :\ if you go on the url https://www.steam-srl.com it only appears a blank page with the loader running, and nothing more. Sorry but I am very new to wordpress and I do not know well how to fix… In the edit of the pages, boxes still arranged in that weird way :\

Could you please check the same by deactivating each plugin one by one ?

Please take a backup of both database and files before make any changes

^ Yes now it appears to be an issue with ‘the preloader’ plugin. It’s best to deactivate all of your plugins.

Solved! Animated Number Counter. This was the bas*ard lol. But I have only installed it without using it… And could it cause the crash? Weird!

Thanks a lot for the support… To active and deactivate all the plugins, one by one, to check which was the broken one was the right way to act.

    Thanks guys.
