Deleted Images are not deleting

    Hey there – We’ve had an odd thing happen when images are deleted, they are not deleting from the front end of the site. What’s happening is we’re getting a broken image and the caption still showing up. We made sure to clear browser cache and everything is updated (WP core is at the latest version and so are all the plugins). We’ve also double-checked to make sure these particular images no longer exist in the album. Any idea how to fix?

    Hi, I’ll be glad to help,

    Try from Other Options > Miscellaneous > clear Image cache and see if that fixes the issue. If it does not, try reinserting the gallery and finally if this also fail, deactivate and delete, then reinstall the plugin.

    Thanks @jaime. The image cache cleaning didn’t work, but reinstalling the gallery did.
