Deleted Home Page still shows in nav bar

Hi, I am really new to WP and am struggling badly. I by mistake deleted the home page when what I should have done is deleted the post (DUH!). Now the page shows in the nav bar but not in the admin area. I created a new home page (another mistake) and now what I really wnat to do it completey delete the one with the /home on the end and have https://www.exercisesforosteoarthritis.com as my home page.

By the way I am trying to create a static site not a blog if that helps.

From what I gather this page should be in my trash but I can’t find my trash or how to get it back. Also I want to delete the second home page I created.

Can anyone help this techno idiot?
