Deleted hacked site via c panel, now cannot log in to clean WordPress

  • Hiya.
    Wordpress site was hacked ~Sept. 26, suspended by host (Bluehost).
    Wanted to start over anyway with same URL, so deleted all files from c panel.
    Contacted host, who activated URL, but now cannot log into https://kendley.com/wp-admin. Right now, I get “Your server is running PHP version 5.2.17 but WordPress 5.2.3 requires at least 5.6.20.”, an improvement over the 404 I got earlier this morning.

    All I want to do is get into admin, delete what is there, and start over.

    Any help appreciated.

    As the error indicates, PHP version 5.6.20 or higher is required.

    Please contact your hosting provider to update PHP

    Side note to @rakhan72 ,

    Please do not jump into other topics and detract from their problem. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
