Deleted files still visible

  • Hi,

    When I delete files, either through the file manager or through wp-admin, the files are still visible in the file manager. Even though “My Files (0 Items)” states 0 items.

    Also, when deleting the files are still there in the folders on the server.

    How do I resolve this issue?

    Please make sure you remove all files once from admin side and then check, may be some cache issues.

    Unfortunately, that does not work.
    I tried to remove the items, but they don’t show up in the admin panel.

    It might be caused by removing items directly through webdav and not through wordpress. Also, items which were manually uploaded in the same directory are not visible in the file manager interface.

    Does the plugin look for actual assets inside the wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/user folder? If not, how do I make it look for actual assets in the user_uploads folder?

    I see, if you are uploading files manually then how it will be linked with users. So files must be uploaded via plugin frontend not other source.
