Deleted file still accessible via link

    As I can see it is showing different website url like usercontent.one. Can you confirm from where you have deleted that file?

    I pressed delete permanently in the media library.

    Files that your WordPress manages via its media library are located in the /wp-content/uploads/ directory. The path you mentioned is not managed by WordPress, it is even located on a completely different domain. Therefore, WordPress cannot remove the file there.

    As far as I know, usercontent.one is a service from the hoster one.com that is used to share files. You would have to contact them to solve the problem.
