Deleted features/content- how to add back?

I have Bizway WordPress Theme. When I first started creating my website, I was newly learning and had deleted the social media icons, as well as the sliders. Now, I want my WordPress theme to be more sophisticated and want to add those two back. I don’t remember how I deleted the social media icons and sliders so don’t remember how to add it back. How do I do that?
