deleted favicon still appearing in GTMetrix

I deleted a favicon and replaced it with a much smaller version. But the old (deleted) favicon is still appearing in GTMetrix waterfall charts:https://robpowellbizblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/favicon.jpg

I have cleared the caches in my WP installation and I got my web host to clear the cloud cache for my website, but still this old favicon keeps loading. The URL for the favicon is: https://robpowellbizblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/rpbb-favicon-48×48-1.ico

Can anyone help me diagnose why this favicon is still loading in my web pages?
