Yes, this is expected behavior and will happen with most watermarking plugins for WordPress. If you’re getting critical errors, I’d like to know more, but it’s likely due to “malformed” PDFs which the parser cannot read. As mentioned here and there in the FAQ and documentation, this plugin is essentially intended for “light PDF files without bookmarks.”
