  • Hi there @hotice83

Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, you need to remove/revoke WooCommerce access to your Google account and re-connect it afterward.

For that, kindly follow these steps:

    1. From your WP Admin, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings
    2. Click “Disconnect from all accounts”
    3. Reconnect the same WordPress.com, Google, and Google Merchant Center accounts to automatically re-verify the website, claim the website and re-upload your feed.

If you have any issues with re-verifying your website, check the steps?here.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.

thanks, how do i re-connect my ads account as it keeps making a new one?

    Hi there @hotice83

Just to clarify, which ads account are you referring to?

To change your Google Merchant Center account, please navigate to?WP Admin > Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings. The related documentation is linked here. The Google Merchant Center helps you sync your store and product data with Google and makes the information available for both free listings on the Shopping tab and Google Shopping Ads.

A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the screen where the wizard is allowing you only to create a new ads account, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    Thank you. ??</img>
