    I’m having the same issue – I’ve just upgraded to Woocommerce 3.2.
    I get a javascript:void(0) message appearing in the bottom left of screen when I click on the cross.

    Error message in console is
    Uncaught ReferenceError: remove_item_from_wishlist is not defined

    Fixed. Updated my theme, Flatsome, and it is now working.
    Thanks to Yithemes support for that advice. Hope you get it fixed.

    Glad to know you solved!

    With the new version of the Wishlist, the templates have been modified: the majority of the theme developers that write these templates are updating them in these days to support the new plugin features.
    Please, try to update your themes to the latest version available. Otherwise, could you please try the plugin on the default WordPress theme to exclude every possible effect of the theme?
