delete w3 total cache via FTP borked the site
-
I install the w3 total cache plugin on most of the hosting accounts I admin, almost all of them, my client’s are hosting with Godaddy.
To date I’ve had no problems using this plugin with any domains. One client is not hosting with Godaddy, this domain was running slowly and I had the bright idea to FTP in and delete W3 Total Cache
bad idea… upon reading up on this, apparently the plugin is more than a plugin, it’s a framework (sounds like Genesis or Thesis) and because of what ever a “framework” is, it made more than a few changes, htaccess and probably other php files.
Now that the path is broken, I can no longer log into the /wp-admin dashboard.
is it possible to simply upload an unzipped W3 Total Cache to where it was to get back into the dashboard?
Thanks
