    My site doesn’t have commenting even turned on, or any of the other methods described in the plugin. Could it simply be set to delete users who haven’t logged in after a few days or something?

    Sorry, but the last time I looked, WordPress isn’t storing login history (or lack thereof) in the application database anywhere. If that were available I definitely would have used it in the plugin!

    The other issue is that bots that create accounts can easily log in to those accounts at any time, so it’s arguably not a meaningful indication of activity. (Versus posting or commenting which can be set to require some kind of moderator approval and act as indicators of meaningful activity.)
