Delete users automatically Not working

    I am using the free version of email verification for woocommerce. I have the feature labeled “Delete users automatically” checked and the frequency set to daily. But it does not work. My unverified users still exist. Even the instant tool labeled “Delete unverified users from the database” does not work.

    I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    I was unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please ensure that you using the latest versions of the WooCommerce(7.4.0) and Email Verification for WooCommerce (2.5.0)?

    Yes sir, Both of those plugins are on their latest update and are the exact versions you mentioned.

    Hi @chiefdeveloper ,

    Please, check your option General > Ignore user roles.

    If there are unverified users with the same roles, they will not be deleted. So please, change the option to “Administrator”, at least temporarily, to run the delete tool.

    Let me know if that works.

    Other than that, I don’t know what could be the issue. If that doesn’t work, please contact us using our forums.

    The issue was resolved. Error was from the server.
