    I’m using you plugin and I’m super happy with all the function.

    unfortunately one user deleted his account with help of your Account page. So far so gut but the account isn’t deleted. I can still see it the account under Users. I try to reproduce this issue and the same happens with my test account. The user can’t login but can reset the password and login without issues. Do you have any idea why the delete doesn’t work?

    I’m using your plugin together with your repactcha plugin.

    The behavior is a bit strange because if I register a Test-User and use the Delete function on the UM Account Page i don’t see any Change in the Admin User Backend but the System notify the admin and the user the account is deleted.

    If the user (which should be deleted) request a password reset, the user can reset and login after it.

    Of course I activated the profile delete option in the user roll

    I can’t reproduce your issue with an User delete via the Account page.

    Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Theme
    or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

    I found the issue! Looks like if the WordPress w3all phpBB integration plugin is activate users aren′t deleted.

    @thunder86

    You can ask for support by the “WP w3all phpBB” plugin developers about this issue.

    After intensive exchange with the w3all creator unfortunately I have to bring up this topic again. The issue is still there also if the w3all app is deactivated.

    Do you know any debug Optionen to test where the issue comes from?

    @thunder86

    Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.
    Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

    Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

    Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

    You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

    Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.
