Delete user does not delete users posts and question about registration

Hello,

I am using the plugin to add, edit and delete users. The users get created as subscribers which have the permission to create instances of a custom post type.

I want users to be able to delete their “account” if they no longer want to be registered and in that case, the cpt post they have created should also be deleted.

Deleting the user work. But even though I have left reassign post to… empty (under the action tab), the cpt post does not get deleted. It just no longer has any author associated with it. Maybe you can tell me what I am missing here? It is also not clear to me, under the user tab, what the difference is between the current user, current author, and URL query. What I want is for the user to delete their own user as well as the post they created. I did manage to delete myself as admin in the process of trying to figure this out, so hoping you can point me in the right direction :).

A separate query I have is, regarding the registration. I have created a registration page, and added the add new user form. However, the register link on the login page does not redirect to the registration page, but to the default WP registration page. Is there a way to connect these?
