Delete User and tables Related

Good afternoon guys . I am wanting to delete a user, and other table has a foreign key of the user table. That is, when deleting a user , I want all that user related data is deleted as well. I’ve tried to do by a data modeling program , but could not. Someone could give a help there ? Thanks in advance.
