I’m not a paying customer right now. It’s a free account for the 5 or less sites.

Apologies for the late reply.

The best thing to do is to change the current email address used on your current account so you can create a new one using your desired email address.

Sorry, I forgot that you cannot get through 2FA. You don’t have to be a paying customer since you have the free licenses.

Just submit a ticket and use this form – https://updraftplus.com/ask-a-pre-sales-question/. Please include a link to this thread so we can reset 2FA and you should be able to gain access to your account.
