You can use a custom PHP function to do that: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/export/pass-data-through-php-functions/. Here’s an example snippet that you can modify as needed:

function my_fix_content( $content ) {
	$content = preg_replace("~(?:\[/?)[^/\]]+/?\]~s", '', $content);
    // You might need to do additional processing for leftover shortcodes
    // For example:
    // $content = preg_replace('~(?:\[/?).*?"]~s', '', $content);
	return $content;
}
