Delete the "white haze" ?

    Hi, I love the Padhang theme.
    But I have a question. Is it possible to remove the “white haze” that comes over the background image?

    I’ve intsalled Jetpack, so if there is a CSS code to remove the haze, that would be fine I guess.

  • Can you post a link to your website? Also, can you clarify what you mean by “white haze”? I don’t see anything problematic on my local WP install.

    I have a black background with vibrant colors, but because of this “white veil” over it, it’s not as vibrant as it should be.

    The “veil” is a part of the template, it’s not an error.
    (It also could be a transparent banner over the background image, part of the layout)

    Since you already have Jetpack, you can use its custom CSS option:

    .overlay {
opacity: 0;
}

    hi,
    above you told how to remove the white haze but i still did not get it how t remove it as i am new to wordpress and i like your theme can you please explain it step by step as i also want the transparent background
