There are a few ways to do it. You can use the GD > Post Meta block to display those or in the custom field settings page you can set it to display on the Details page.

I answered your other topic, for the GD Single, i think it sounds like you are using our Real Estate theme so you should find it under Appearence > Editor > Templates > GD Single.

With the Real Estate directroy i don’t think it has the GD > Output Location block on the singel template, you may need to add it.
