Delete the line down of header

Hello,
Your question was quite confusing for me and the language of the website too, I apologize if I didn’t understood your request, I removed the space and the block between the header and the content as much as I could.
To do that please go to Dashboard=>Appearance=>Customize => Design Options => Custom Css and paste the below given code.
