Delete subscribers

    I have an online store, and I use this plugin to send newsletter.
    Each time I try to delete a subscriber, this error appears: “Security failure during request”.
    Can you help me with this question?

    I select the box and then I remove it from all the lists or delete the subscriber.
    A message appears asking if I have the certainty that I want to delete the subscriber forever, I click yes and the error appears
