Delete Shipping Zone Bug?

We had 2 shipping zones setup, the 1st having NY area zip codes using a rule based flat rate for local delivery using Flexible shipping and 2nd using for the rest of USA using flexible (Fed Ex). Yet, the Fed Ex rates kept showing on the front end for NYC zip codes. we deleted out all shipping zones, and Fed Ex rates kept showing. We deleted all zones and added a flat rate zone for NYC zips and Fed Ex rates are STILL showing. We deactivated Flexible shipping, Flexible Fed Ex and reactivated, and Fed Ex rates STILL show, even tho there is no shipping zone set using flexible shipping at all.. bug?

This is the correct and expected behavior of the FedEx plugin. Our plugin uses currently a global shipping method and you cannot restrict displaying live rates to specific zones.
If you want to use both Flexible Shipping and our FedEx plugin they work as independent plugins. FedEx live rate plugin will show live rates for all zones you ship to.

However, we offer a Conditional Shipping Methods plugin at https://flexibleshipping.com/products/ that allows you to define the rules when the specific shipping methods should be available to pick and when not to.
