Delete Search Result Queries from Database Easily

My website is running slowly, and Bluehost is now throttling the website. I’m trying to determine if it’s due to the amount of store searches occurring per day (over 1,000 daily), and the results being saved to the database for the “Reports.” I have over 32,000 rows in the slp_rep_query table, and over 265,000 rows in the ep_query_results table. These number seem really high to me, and there should be a way to delete these saved results from within the plugin periodically. Does anyone have any recommendations? Could this be causing slowness and connection time outs? Thanks for your help!
