Delete products from webshop that are no longer present in the file

    Hi!

    First of all – thank you for a fantastic plugin!

    I have a webshop where i did import 60.000 products with WP All Import Pro.

    After that i am updating all the existing products with stock status & prices that i get from my supplier.

    The last thing i have to get done is, that my supplier delete/add new products to the pricelist all the time and I can add the new products to my webshop without any issues by using “Update existing items”.
    But I cannot delete products in my webshop if they are deleted from my suppliers price list. It is still present in my webshop.

    Example if I got product 1, 2, 3, 4 in my price list, I add the new items to the webshop.

    Lets say my supplier did updated to product list the next day and one of the products are out of stock so i now have product 2, 3, 4 in the price list

    How can WP All Import delete the product 1 on my webshop when updating the new pricelist from my supplier? I tried the “delete posts that are no longer present in your file” but it didn’t work for me

    I really hope you can help me here! ??

    BTW: I am not that good at coding if necessary

    How can WP All Import delete the product 1 on my webshop when updating the new pricelist from my supplier?

    The only way this is possible is if you’re using a “New Items” import: https://d.pr/5s8uX9, and the “Delete products that are no longer present in your file” option that you mentioned is enabled. This is how it works:

    1. Create a “New Items” Import and initially create all of your products.
    2. Update the import file by adding new records, removing old ones, and updating existing ones, then upload it to the import created on step 1: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/update-import.
    3. Re-run the import to add/update and delete missing. Keep in mind that it can only do this for products created in step 1.

    Is this what you tried when it didn’t work?
